Lions Clubs Cancer Trust
Established in January 2022, our Trust was created to fund and operate a mobile skin cancer screening service across New Zealand.
The Trustees represent the seven districts of Multiple District 202 Lions Clubs of New Zealand, working together to bring this vital service to communities nationwide.
Our mobile service is designed to reach those who may otherwise miss out on screening due to cost or accessibility. Its mission is to promote the prevention of skin cancer and support early detection — giving people the best possible chance of successful treatment.
The service combines free full-body skin cancer checks by trained health professionals with an educational component to raise awareness about skin health and the importance of regular self-checks.
Screenings are delivered from a custom-designed mobile clinic, allowing us to bring care directly to towns, workplaces, and community events.
